Shareve Davis, Regional Manager

Shareve Davis joined Quest Management Group in August 2015 and has more than 10 years of Property Management experience and 15 years in the Customer Service industry. She has spent her Multi-Family career in various roles which include Leasing Professional, Assistant Manager and Community Manager. Ms. Davis' areas of expertise and course development include Customer Care, Leasing/Retention, Employee Coaching and Development. At Quest, Ms. Davis oversees daily operations regarding marketing, sales, financial management, human resources, project planning and capital improvements. She plays an essential part with the on-site team to maximize operational performance, maintains outstanding customer services, while meeting financial objectives. Ms. Davis works directly with the COO, Director of Asset Management, and Director of Finance on the day to day operations, financial success and customer satiation of the organization.
