The Quest Cares Program is a charitable way for Quest employees to participate in local initiatives to better our local market. The program was launched in 2018, hosts 2+ events per month and was the recipient of The Maryland Multi-Housing Association's "Making a Difference" Award.

Integrity: Providing shelter
We assist the homeless in the Baltimore area by providing employment, serving in soup kitchens, donating food, building homes, training and providing tools.
Inspiration: Children
We support the youth by volunteering time with children, participating in fundraising events to support children, and donating items to inspire children to grow.
Innovation: Improvement & well-being
We find balance in mind, body and soul by volunteering in events committed to improving growth and well-being such as races for diseases or local disasters that require support.

The Quest Cares Program

The Baltimore Hunger Project

Quest is thrilled to have the opportunity to volunteer with The Baltimore Hunger Project. We enjoy packing lunches and writing inspiration notes for the children who receive their lunches and we are honored to give back in supporting ending the hunger gap in Baltimore. We are bridging the gap between Friday and Monday by consistently providing weekend food packages to children identified as food insecure, in a compassionate and dignified manner. We raise awareness about the effects of hunger by establishing partnerships with community members, other organizations, and decision makers.

Paul’s Place

Every 2nd Thursday of every month, our team is proud to volunteer at Paul's Place in Southwest, Baltimore. Paul’s Place is a catalyst and leader for change, improving the quality of life in the Southwest Baltimore communities. Paul’s Place provides programs, services, and support that strengthen individuals and families, fostering hope, personal dignity and growth. The individuals and families living in Southwest Baltimore City will have full access to high quality health care, education, employment, and housing along with the other support necessary for stability and self-sufficiency.

The Give Five Campaign

Quest sponsors two business days per year for each employee to donate their time to local causes within the Quest Cares Program. We also have a donation program where our team can choose to donate five dollars a month to a charity of their choice. We believe giving back helps the world and we provide many ways to do so whether it be in time or donation. #QuestCares #Inspiration #Integrity #Innovation
