response from property -Dear Michael, we are so sorry to hear about your less than favorable experience and appreciate the feedback. It is our priority to offer a well-maintained, comfortable apartment home and it appears that your expectations are not being met. Our office is open during the hours of 10am - 6pm M-F and 10am - 5pm on Saturdays. If we are otherwise unavailable conducting tours, or assisting another resident, our 24-hour leasing center is available to assist. I noticed that you also have access to and frequently utilize the Resident Portal which is also a very efficient and convenient tool for any requests or questions you might have. We recently sent notice to the entire community regarding the trash and have been fining and violating any resident(s) found to not dispose of their trash as required. Although we do have some building numbers that are duplicate, the streets are not the same so I am not sure why that in particular poses a concern but if you are ever confused please feel free to reach out to our leasing office and we would be happy to provide you with a community map. Unfortunately, package acceptance is not an amenity for which we offer at this time, and if you are losing your packages, we would highly recommend that you participate have your packages routed to another, more secure location. There is an Amazon Hub located less than a mile from the community and they are open 24 hours a day. We would be happy to speak with you directly regarding the issues you are experiencing to assist further. We truly value your feedback and hope to speak with you soon.
