|Recommended: YesI have bee living in this Apartment Building since 1984 and I was pleasantly surprised that things did not go down hill when this present owner took over in 202o, All the amenities were kept up and when asked for repairs to be done they were usually completed within two hours. I, personally, and I guess others gained because we did not have to worry about paying for utilities. We paid a little more for rent but it was worth it to not have the headache to know if the meters were read correctly The gym was kept up although I did not use it much. The pool, when in use, was well kept and there was a lifeguard on duty when it was opened. Carts were even supplied when we have heavy loads to move. But the best part of living here, to me , it that the front office treat you like Family you can ask them anything and we will even discuss the culture of the places we are from. The technicians know there business so they do not spend much time in the apartment.

|Recommended: YesReview — If you want to live in a quiet place this is the place for you. I moved out because I found a place closer to my work in Potomac area. Elevator needs upgrade. Housekeeper needs to come more often. No smoking policy needs to be taken seriously. Make sure you have your parking permit visible, they are very strict. It’s a pet friendly environment. Responds quickly if you have maintenance requests. Overall it’s okay for the price.

|Recommended: YesReview — Overall living conditions are standard, no major complaints, however I would like if an exterminator can come out.
|Recommended: No1840 — this building needs serious cleaning and more maintenance people to keep it clean. three maintenance people is not enough. that is why roaches are in the hallways for days at a time dead. the pool area looks messy and bugs all over the chairs. parking is nonexistent come in at 10PM even visitors parking is full but then you get your car towed if you park anywhere else.
|Recommended: NoUnderestimated Roach Infestation — I love the vibe. I'm barely in my apartment and when I come back I am greeted with a lot of roaches. I didn't expect it to be as bad as it is. There are a lot of nymph roaches here which is a sign of infestation. There is most likely a nest nearby apartment T-39

|Recommended: YesContented. — I have been living here so long. since 1984 in apartment 219 and from 1994 in apartment 433, it seems as if this is my house.
The only change, for me, is something that building management does not have any control over, is the street noise. The revving of the vehicles engine got very noisy and aggravating however i guess I will have to live with it.
