We understand that having to provide your own AC unit can be an inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding that air conditioning is not one of the amenities we advertise. We will however ensure that once you purchase your own a/c window unit, our skilled maintenance technicians will take care of the installation for you.
Our goal is to ensure that all our residents have a comfortable living experience, and we apologize if there was any confusion or inconvenience regarding this matter.

|Recommended: NoUnprofessional Staff — Since moving into this property, I have been repeatedly disappointed by the unprofessional behavior exhibited by the members of the office staff. The level of rudeness and unprofessionalism has significantly worsened since Noel's departure.
The office frequently closes without any prior notice, which is incredibly inconvenient. When I do manage to catch the office open, I am met with hostile facial expressions and an alarming level of sarcasm in response to my questions. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority for this team. I have submitted multiple complaints in regard's to building safety and I have yet to receive a response.
Due to these ongoing issues, I have decided not to renew my lease. I strongly advise potential tenants to reconsider their options before committing to this property.

|Recommended: NoDO NOT APPLY TO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX THEY WILL HAVE YOU GOING THROUGH ALL THE APPROVAL STEPS AND THEN AFTER YOU PAY, THEY ALL OF A SUDDEN DENY YOU FOR NO REASON WORST ORGANIZATION AND PROCESS OF ANY STAFF, SNEAKY AND LIARS THEY ALSO LIED ABOUT THEIR PRICES AND AVAILABILITY AFTER I TOLD THEM ON MY APPLICATION MY MOVE IN DATE. THEY TRIED TO INCREASE THE PRICE 200 WHEN THEY THOUGHT I WAS GOING WITH A CERTAIN APARTMENT THEN REDUCED IT BACK AFTER THEY DENIED ME SNEAKY LIEARS DO NOT APPLY TO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX
