I am sorry to hear that you have been having trouble with reaching the onsite management team and/or getting the assistance you may need. We pride ourselves in being a green company and strongly encourage our residents to utilize the online Resident Portal. The Resident Portal allows you the opportunity to input service requests, make rental payments, and various other forms of communication that go directly to the onsite management team. We hope to include another staff member in 2023 but in the meantime, I would encourage you to explore and utilize the Resident Portal as that is another effective way to obtain assistance. Very helpful and knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. I am very satisfied with the management office and then really stepping into our shoes to help use get through the move.

|Recommended: NoMy Experience So Far — I love how quiet my apartment complex is. I don’t like the apartment door color. I think it should be repainted. It’s so disgusting and I don’t like it. I wish I can repaint it myself. Parking is also bad. They said they normally toll but have never seen any car getting tolled. There are cars that park other space but they do not have the parking permit on their cars and I’m wondering what is going on. I have to park by the roadside or at a different parking space far from my apartment
