submitted by Latoya W. - |Recommended: NoIf you want to reside in a well maintained apartment, that has issues are fixed in a timely manner and the management company Quest Management communicates and follows-up, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU I have experienced a level of undescribable frustration trying to get things fixed in the apartment and please don't even think about moving from one unit to another. Save yourself the stress, it's not worth the time and inconvenience to live at Arden Pointe.

submitted by Ashley M. - |Recommended: YesParking — I really enjoy living in this complex—the community, amenities, and overall atmosphere are great. The only downside has been the parking situation. At times, some residents or guests park in reserved spots just to be closer to the building, which can be frustrating. I also wish there were more visitor parking spaces available. When friends and family come over, it would be much more convenient if they could park closer to the building instead of having to find spots farther away. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live, but improving the parking situation would make it even better.

I also experience issues with my ac heat unit 2 twice. It was the roughest move id ever experienced but once I got in touch with management. The issues was resolved immediately. As of this review it has gotten a lot better and I must say Im enjoying the apartment.

The property and maintenance staff are responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever issues come up. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which makes a huge difference in feeling comfortable at home.

The community needs more protocols, pet families just leaving trails of waste is totally gross 🤮.Ive had to summit three maintenance tickets in less than two weeks. Yes two were completed and I'm assuming do to weather my third is not completed yet. I'm hoping things will be better here.

submitted by Maria M. - |Recommended: YesNot Bad, But Could Be Better. — Outside of the apartment 14 there’s always dog poop everywhere. Which the owners don’t pick up and I know for a fact that people that live there don’t own any pets.

The application process was a breeze. The leasing office was responsive and checked in frequently provide updates or just see I was still interested in leasing. Shout out to Mauricio He showed unit models for the floor plan I was interested in. I appreciate his responsiveness and whenever I had an issue or question they were resolved quickly. Ask for Mauricio if you are looking to lease at AP. I would also like to shout out Ms. Chantai. I appreciate how she is able to handle request from residents and how fairly I am treated. I was able to get a reserved parking right outside my unit, which seems hard because Arden Point has ample units. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and I recommend her for her hard work and selfless approach when it comes to residents. I admire how she can remember names of the residents. I appreciate them so much Thank you.
