|Recommended: NoThis apartment complex is ghetto with unhelpful staff and low class residents. There’s garbage everywhere and the apartments are poor quality. The parking is a nightmare because there are more vehicles than parking spots and the majority of spots are reserved spots. It’s not a smoke free place and there’s no security. Loud neighbors who leave trash in the building outside of their apartment door. Don’t move here.

Regarding parking, we’re updating our policies and will soon begin offering reserved spaces for rent to help residents secure spots — details will be shared with everyone by the end of the month.

|Recommended: NoDisrespectful Maintenance Workers And Poor Housekeeping — On June 25, 2025, I sent a detailed maintenance request email and as of July 4, 2025, nothing has been completed. Too much of what we requested in our maintenance request email could qualify as making the apartment uninhabital. What's worse is that in my maintenance request email, I specifically requested that whenever maintenance workers plan to enter our apartment, they should notify us. Recently, someone from Arden Pointe maintenance disrepectfully entered our apartment while we were away, went under our kitchen sink, moved everything around and placed our personal property near the trash can. As we made a proper request to notify us before entering our apartment and keeping us updated in writing for maintenance matters relating to our apartment, the wrongful entry is disrespectful. Additionally, house keeping not doing the jobs. Additionally and our commons are, there has been a stain on the floor for over three months and there is no fire extinguisher. As far as the missing fire extinguisher is concerned, it could possibly be an OSHA violation.

|Recommended: YesArden Pointe Apartments Lol Good Times — Honestly, if they found a way to not have residents dying of heatstroke actually came to fix the a c units during the summer instead of just walking in people’s unit’s and CLAIMING they fixed a issue they clearly didn’t it’d be great. But considering my unit was literally 90 degrees plus the whole summer everytime I put in a request they caught attitudes with me like i wasn’t paying 300 for electricity attempting to get a c that clearly wasn’t working. A C does not work at all anything outside over 84 degrees
