|Recommended: YesNot Bad, But Could Be Better. — Outside of the apartment 14 there’s always dog poop everywhere. Which the owners don’t pick up and I know for a fact that people that live there don’t own any pets.

|Recommended: YesHello. I have been a resident at Arden point for five months. I need to move from my current residence in a short span of time. The application process was a breeze. The leasing office was responsive and checked in frequently provide updates or just see I was still interested in leasing. Shout out to Mauricio He showed unit models for the floor plan I was interested in. I appreciate his responsiveness and whenever I had an issue or question they were resolved quickly. Ask for Mauricio if you are looking to lease at AP. I would also like to shout out Ms. Chantai. I appreciate how she is able to handle request from residents and how fairly I am treated. I was able to get a reserved parking right outside my unit, which seems hard because Arden Point has ample units. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and I recommend her for her hard work and selfless approach when it comes to residents. I admire how she can remember names of the residents. I appreciate them so much Thank you.

|Recommended: NoThis apartment complex is ghetto with unhelpful staff and low class residents. There’s garbage everywhere and the apartments are poor quality. The parking is a nightmare because there are more vehicles than parking spots and the majority of spots are reserved spots. It’s not a smoke free place and there’s no security. Loud neighbors who leave trash in the building outside of their apartment door. Don’t move here.
