We are ready to move When we get enough money we leaving When we moved in we noticed water damage on the kitchen cabinets bathroom cabinets. We did have a new carpet only cleaned.Called ,emailed photos about maintenance issues and our request have been ignored for months. We have cracked walls, constantly leaking water from bathroom ceiling kitchen ceiling.Carpet never changed.U send pest control to our apartment and they only in there for seconds. U only care about the rent

I would like much more done with the smoking marijuana smells in the apartments seeking into the hallways and other residents apartments. I would like to see the exterminator on a 3-6 month bases. I would like to see a deposit box for rental payments after hours.
